This project was a collaboration between Gobelins and the Opéra National de Paris, focused on the theme of the opera and the sea. We had the chance to visit the undergrounds of the historical monument and see the old scenery machinery, which partly inspired the story of this short film :

In the depths of the ocean, a man is destined to tirelessly turn the drums of a wreck. The ropes wrap around the machine, tangle and intertwine... until they break off.
